My Story

Like many ADHDers, I was misdiagnosed, misunderstood, and miserable.

My life was one big blur and it was like I was in a fast-forwarded movie. I jumped from project to project, and person to person. I was prescribed depression and anxiety medicines, but never took them. It was chaos at home and boredom and daydreaming at school.

Chores, school, friends, and career prospects were hard to manage. Impatience and boredom led me to procrastinating and putting in little effort. I knew was as intelligent as my peers but couldn’t figure out why I was so behind. Then in 2018 when I was 22 years old, my 8th therapist suggested that I might have ADHD. Soon after, I got diagnosed with ADHD combined type and it explained everything.


I the embarked on a journey to understand ADHD, diving deep into obsessive research that spanned psychology, neuroscience, and biology. This quest wasn't just about understanding ADHD—it was about discovering how to live a life marked by health, happiness, and harmony. My business degree and extensive studies in various subjects, equipped me with critical analytical skills and a talent for problem-solving, instrumental in piecing together a comprehensive understanding of ADHD.

This personal exploration soon evolved into a desire to help others. Realizing that I had a natural talent for assisting people and genuinely enjoyed doing so, I pursued training and became a life coach. Today, I leverage my profound knowledge and personal experiences to guide my clients—from students to high-ranking professionals across various fields—toward mastering their ADHD, enhancing their focus, and empowering them to lead their best lives.
